This is Indigenous Central Asia — a tribute to the many Indigenous tribes and peoples of the Central Asian region. From the Kazakh and Kyrgyz of the vast steppes to the Tajik, Uzbek, and Turkmen peoples whose traditions stretch back thousands of years, Central Asia is home to some of the world's most resilient and richly layered Indigenous cultures.
